Kampanya yönetimi,
Reklam otomasyonu,
Yazılım ve entegrasyon hizmetleri
sunabilir.
Sunulan özellikler kullanılan hizmete, yazılım sürümüne veya müşterinin tercih ettiği yapılandırmaya göre değişebilir.
ProAds tarafından geliştirilen bazı hizmetler Google Ads API ile entegre çalışabilir.
Google Ads hesabına erişim, kullanıcının Google OAuth üzerinden açıkça verdiği yetkiye dayanır.
ProAds yalnızca kullanıcının erişim yetkisine sahip olduğu Google Ads hesapları üzerinde işlem yapılmasını amaçlamaktadır.
Kullanıcının yetkisi bulunmayan herhangi bir Google Ads hesabına erişmeye çalışması yasaktır.
Kullanıcı, Google hesabını ProAds hizmetlerine bağlayarak Google tarafından gösterilen izin kapsamındaki işlemlerin gerçekleştirilmesine izin vermiş olur.
Bu işlemler hizmetin kapsamına bağlı olarak aşağıdakileri içerebilir:
Google Ads hesap bilgilerinin alınması
Kampanyaların görüntülenmesi
Kampanya oluşturulması
Kampanyaların düzenlenmesi
Bütçe ve teklif ayarlarının değiştirilmesi
Reklam gruplarının yönetilmesi
Reklamların yönetilmesi
Anahtar kelimelerin yönetilmesi
Performans bilgilerinin alınması
Rapor oluşturulması
Kullanıcı tarafından yapılandırılan otomasyonların çalıştırılması
Kullanıcı Google hesabına verdiği erişimi istediği zaman kaldırabilir.
Kullanıcı;
Hesap bilgilerinin doğru olduğunu,
Kullandığı Google Ads hesaplarına gerekli erişim yetkisine sahip olduğunu,
Müşterilerine ait hesapları yönetiyorsa gerekli izinleri aldığını,
Hizmeti hukuka uygun şekilde kullanacağını,
Google Ads politikalarına uyacağını,
Yanıltıcı, yasak veya hukuka aykırı reklam faaliyetlerinde bulunmayacağını
kabul eder.
Kullanıcının Google Ads politikalarını ihlal eden faaliyetlerinden ProAds sorumlu değildir.
ProAds, Google Ads'in bir parçası veya Google LLC'nin iştiraki değildir.
Google, Google Ads ve ilgili ürün adları ilgili hak sahiplerinin ticari markalarıdır.
ProAds tarafından Google Ads API kullanılması, Google'ın ProAds hizmetlerini onayladığı, desteklediği veya garanti ettiği anlamına gelmez.
Google Ads hesabının;
Askıya alınması,
Reklamların reddedilmesi,
Kampanyaların sınırlandırılması,
Ödeme sorunları,
Politika ihlalleri,
API erişiminin sınırlandırılması
gibi işlemler tamamen Google'ın kendi politikaları ve değerlendirmeleri kapsamında gerçekleştirilebilir.
ProAds hizmetlerinde otomatik kampanya yönetimi, bütçe kontrolü, uyarılar, öneriler veya benzeri otomasyon özellikleri bulunabilir.
Kullanıcı, otomasyonların belirlenen kurallar doğrultusunda reklam hesaplarında değişiklik yapabileceğini kabul eder.
Otomasyonların kullanılmasından önce ayarların kontrol edilmesi kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
Google Ads üzerinden gerçekleştirilen reklam harcamaları Google ile reklamveren arasındaki ilişki kapsamındadır.
Aksi açıkça belirtilmedikçe ProAds:
Reklam bütçelerinin tahsilatını gerçekleştirmez,
Google Ads reklam harcamalarının tarafı değildir,
Kullanıcının reklam bütçesinden kaynaklanan borçlardan sorumlu değildir.
Kullanıcı kampanya bütçelerini ve reklam harcamalarını düzenli olarak kontrol etmekle sorumludur.
ProAds tarafından gösterilen raporlar Google Ads API veya diğer veri kaynaklarından alınan bilgilere dayanabilir.
Google tarafından sağlanan verilerde:
Gecikme,
Sonradan güncelleme,
Atıf değişikliği,
Yuvarlama farkı
meydana gelebilir.
Bu nedenle ProAds üzerindeki raporlar ile doğrudan Google Ads arayüzündeki bilgiler arasında geçici farklılıklar oluşabilir.
ProAds hizmetlerin mümkün olduğunca kesintisiz çalışması için makul çaba gösterir.
Ancak aşağıdaki nedenlerle geçici kesintiler yaşanabilir:
Google Ads API kesintileri
Google servislerinde meydana gelen değişiklikler
Sunucu veya internet altyapısı sorunları
Bakım işlemleri
Güvenlik güncellemeleri
Üçüncü taraf servis kesintileri
Mücbir sebepler
Kesintisiz veya hatasız hizmet garantisi verilmez.
ProAds hizmetleri Google veya başka üçüncü taraf servislerle bağlantılı çalışabilir.
Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinde meydana gelen;
API değişiklikleri,
Özellik kaldırmaları,
Politika değişiklikleri,
Hizmet kesintileri,
Erişim sınırlandırmaları
ProAds'in doğrudan kontrolü dışındadır.
Gerekli durumlarda ProAds yazılım özelliklerinde değişiklik yapabilir.
ProAds internet sitesi, yazılımı, tasarımları, kaynak kodları, içerikleri, markaları ve ilgili fikri mülkiyet hakları, aksi açıkça belirtilmedikçe ProAds veya ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir.
Kullanıcı;
Yazılımı yetkisiz şekilde kopyalayamaz,
Yeniden dağıtamaz,
Kaynak kodunu hukuka aykırı şekilde elde etmeye çalışamaz,
Lisans veya kullanım sınırlarını aşamaz,
ProAds markasını izinsiz kullanamaz.
Hizmetlerin aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılması yasaktır:
Yetkisiz Google Ads hesaplarına erişim
Başkasına ait hesap bilgilerinin kötüye kullanılması
Google sistemlerinin güvenliğini aşmaya çalışma
API kullanım sınırlarını bilinçli olarak ihlal etme
Zararlı yazılım faaliyetleri
Dolandırıcılık
Hukuka aykırı reklam faaliyetleri
Google Ads politikalarını sistematik olarak aşmaya yönelik faaliyetler
Bu tür kullanımlar tespit edildiğinde hizmet erişimi sınırlandırılabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde ProAds;
Reklam performansındaki düşüşlerden,
Google Ads hesabının askıya alınmasından,
Reklam veya kampanyaların reddedilmesinden,
Kullanıcı tarafından yapılan hatalı yapılandırmalardan,
Yanlış belirlenen bütçelerden,
Üçüncü taraf servis kesintilerinden,
Google API veya Google Ads sistemindeki değişikliklerden,
Kullanıcının otomasyon kurallarını yanlış yapılandırmasından
kaynaklanan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Kullanıcı hesap bilgilerinin güvenliğini korumakla yükümlüdür.
Yetkisiz bir erişim şüphesi oluşması halinde kullanıcı mümkün olan en kısa sürede ProAds ile iletişime geçmelidir.
Aşağıdaki durumlarda hizmet erişimi geçici veya kalıcı olarak sınırlandırılabilir:
Kullanım koşullarının ihlal edilmesi
Hukuka aykırı kullanım
Güvenlik riski oluşturulması
Üçüncü kişilerin haklarının ihlal edilmesi
Google veya diğer hizmet sağlayıcılarının politikalarının ciddi şekilde ihlal edilmesi
ProAds bu Kullanım Koşullarını teknolojik, hukuki veya operasyonel gereklilikler doğrultusunda güncelleyebilir.
Güncel şartlar bu sayfada yayımlanır.
Sayfanın üst kısmında bulunan "Son Güncelleme" tarihi, metnin en son ne zaman değiştirildiğini gösterir.

Certain ProAds services may integrate with the Google Ads API.
Access to a Google Ads account is established through authorization explicitly granted by the user via Google OAuth.
ProAds services are intended to access and manage only Google Ads accounts for which the user has legitimate authorization.
Users must not attempt to access or manage Google Ads accounts for which they do not have permission.
By connecting a Google account to a ProAds service, the user authorizes the application to perform actions within the permissions displayed and approved through Google's authorization process.
Depending on the functionality of the service, authorized actions may include:
Retrieving Google Ads account information
Viewing campaigns
Creating campaigns
Updating campaigns
Managing budgets and bidding settings
Managing ad groups
Managing advertisements
Managing keywords
Retrieving performance information
Generating reports
Running automation configured by the user
Users may revoke Google account authorization at any time.
Users represent and agree that:
Information provided to ProAds is accurate
They have the necessary permissions to access the Google Ads accounts they connect
They have obtained appropriate authorization when managing client accounts
They will use the services in compliance with applicable laws
They will comply with Google Ads policies
They will not use the services for deceptive, prohibited, fraudulent, or unlawful advertising activities
ProAds is not responsible for violations of Google Ads policies caused by a user's advertising activities, content, or configuration.
ProAds is not part of, affiliated with, or operated by Google LLC.
Google, Google Ads, and related product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Use of the Google Ads API by ProAds does not mean that Google endorses, sponsors, guarantees, or officially approves ProAds services.
Actions involving Google Ads accounts, including:
Account suspensions
Advertisement disapprovals
Campaign restrictions
Billing or payment issues
Policy enforcement
API access limitations
may be determined entirely by Google under its own policies and systems.
ProAds services may include automated campaign management, budget monitoring, notifications, recommendations, or other automation functionality.
Users acknowledge that configured automation may make changes to their Google Ads accounts according to selected rules and settings.
Users are responsible for reviewing and configuring automation settings before enabling them.
Advertising charges incurred through Google Ads are governed by the relationship between Google and the advertiser.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ProAds:
Does not collect Google Ads advertising charges
Is not a party to Google Ads media spending
Is not responsible for debts or charges resulting from advertising budgets
Users are responsible for monitoring their campaign budgets and advertising expenditures.
Reports displayed through ProAds may rely on information obtained from the Google Ads API or other data sources.
Google Ads information may occasionally be subject to:
Reporting delays
Subsequent adjustments
Attribution changes
Rounding differences
As a result, temporary differences may occur between information displayed through ProAds and information displayed directly in the Google Ads interface.
ProAds will make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable service availability.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
Google Ads API outages
Changes to Google services
Server or network infrastructure problems
Maintenance
Security updates
Third-party service interruptions
Events beyond reasonable control
ProAds does not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
ProAds may depend on or integrate with Google or other third-party services.
Changes affecting third-party services, including:
API changes
Removal of functionality
Policy changes
Service interruptions
Access limitations
may be outside the control of ProAds.
ProAds may modify its software or service functionality where necessary to maintain compatibility or compliance.
Unless otherwise stated, the ProAds website, software, source code, designs, content, trademarks, and associated intellectual property are owned by ProAds or their respective rights holders.
Users may not:
Copy the software without authorization
Redistribute the software without authorization

Reduced advertising performance
Suspension of a Google Ads account
Rejection of advertisements or campaigns
Incorrect configuration by the user
Incorrectly configured campaign budgets
Third-party service outages
Changes to Google APIs or Google Ads systems
Incorrectly configured automation rules
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and access methods.
If unauthorized access is suspected, users should contact ProAds as soon as reasonably possible.
Access to ProAds services may be temporarily or permanently restricted in circumstances including:
Violation of these Terms of Service
Unlawful use
Security threats
Infringement of third-party rights
Serious violations of Google or other service provider policies
ProAds may update these Terms of Service from time to time due to legal, technical, security, or operational requirements.
